Lowongan Kerja XL Axiata - Gaweandino - PT XL Axiata Tbk atau lebih dikenal dengan nama XL adalah salah satu operator telekomunikasi seluler yang ada di Indonesia. XL dulunya didirikan pada tanggal 8 Oktober 1996 dengan nama PT Excelcomindo Pratama Tbk sebelum akhirnya mengganti namanya pada 23 Desember 2009 lalu. Saat perusahaan ini pertama berdiri, kepemilikannya masih berada dalam kekuasaan PT Grahametropolitan Lestari yang merupakan perusahaan dagang dan pelayanan umum. XL adalah perusahaan swasta pertama di Indonesia yang memberikan layanan telepon seluler. 

Awalnya XL menyediakan layanan telekomunikasi handphone seluler dengan menggunakan teknologi GSM 900 kemudian merintis jaringan GSM 1800. Beberapa tahun kemudian, perusahaan ini dianugerahi lisensi untuk mengimplementasikan jaringan DCS 1800 dan mengoperasikan layanan ISP dan VoIP. Pada tahun 2006, XL mengantongi ijin untuk memberikan layanan 3G yang kemudian diluncurkan pada bulan September 2006. Pada akhir tahun 2010, jumlah pelanggan XL telah mencapai angka 40 juta dengan lebih dari 22.000 menara pemancar yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia.

Seiring berjalannya waktu, XL mengalami banyak perubahan slogan dan logo. XL dulunya sempat memiliki logo seperti, "Tak Selalu Pilihan Anda yang Pro", "Anda yang Pro", "Bening Sepanjang Nusantara PRO XL", yang merupakan slogan-slogan dari XL Pro. Sejak tahun 2004, XL mempunyai beberapa pergantian slogan lagi seperti "XL, Membuat Dunia Extra Small", XL alu" hingga kini memiliki slogan "XLangkah Lebih Maju' dan "XL, Internet Tercepat".
Pada 26 September 2013, XL mencapai kesepakatan untuk mengakuisi PT Axis Telekom Indonesia (Axis). Perusahaan ini mengambil alih 95 persen saham Saudi Telecom di Axis. Ke depannya, nama Axis harus hlang.

Engineer – Billing Development
Job Description:

1. Check and implement configuration changes related to Product Catalogue and PCRF module correct and timely and also to ensure production deployment properly.
2. Operate and produce testing execution and result related to modules Product and PCRF Catalogue to fulfill business/user requirements. To ensure all the PC changes configuration are correct and accurate in Production.
3. Deliver configuration changes to Production within schedule  to ensure its alignment with requirements
4. Review configuration and implementation of related Product Catalogue and PCRF module to ensure revenue loss ? 1%

Requirements : 

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from Electrical Engineering or Information Technology/Computer Science with minimum 1 year working experience in related area, preferable in Telco industry
2. Basic  understanding of UNIX & PL/SQL
3. Basic understanding of Database, preferable Memory Database
4. Basic Understanding/Knowledge in Billing System, preferably in billing telco
5. Attention to detail
6. Planning & Organizing
7. Communication & coordination
8. Result Oriented

Engineer – Touchpoint & Fulfillment
Job Description: 

1. Deliver Touchpoint & Fulfillment related projects/solution within expected time to fulfill business requirement
2. Perform unit testing and support internal test for every project delivered before internal testing by IT Tester to ensure the smoothness in Testing, Staging and Production environment
3. Perform Incident Resolution on 3nd layer within SLA to achieve Customer Satisfaction
4. Build handover document and do sharing session to operation and monitoring team
5. Delivery quality, ensure the service working properly in Production
6. Do assessment for project with small until medium impact to customer or service

Requirements

1. Academic Background: minimum S1 university graduate in a Telecommunication, Electro and Computer Engineering discipline from a reputable university
2. Have intermediate knowledge and technical skills on IT
3. Basic Operating Systems (Sun Solaris, Unix, Windows, Linux)
4. Java J2EE, PL/SQL, Unix,  or other required intermediate programming language
5. Enterprise Database System (Oracle)
6. Understand ISO banking is an advantage
7. Understand TIBCO product is an advantage
8. Telco or Banking background is preferred
9. Communication Skill

Engineer Production Support
Job Description: 

1. Checkand implement configuration changes related to following module : (1) Rating Amdocs  Business Reference  (CGI, Numbering, Short Code, POC, SGSN); (2) Roaming Partners for Out-Roamers (3) Change Offer Rule;  (3) Default plan; (4) Non-Roaming; (5) Community ; (6) Bundling White list Management; (7) CLM Champaign; (8) SOA/R (9)UMB(10) SPM (11) CM, (12) RPL  and other module to ensure production deployment
2. Manage and Deploy Application System (SOA/R, Web,SPM) into production as agreed schedule
3. Deliver configuration changes to Production within schedule  to ensure its alignment with requirements
4. Engineer IT Settlements
Job Description: 

1. Build, deliver and support the Settlement systems which are being used for financial settlement and revenue accounting purposes.
2. Developing the solutions which processes the data from various sources and generate the reports and detail data
3. Application support for the technical issues
4. Application support for ad-hoc requirements
5. Liaise with requirement managers, business users, designers, vendors to be able to deliver comprehensive solution
6. Review the application and output data to ensure the quality of solution

Requirements 

1. Degree in Computer Science/IT/Engineering, or equivalent years of experience.
2. Minimum 3 years experience in development of Settlement/business-intelligence/data-warehousing/revenue-assurance area will be an advantage.
3. Basic to intermediate knowledge in OSS source systems (Billing, CRM, ERP, card management etc).
4. Basic to intermediate knowledge in Enterprise DBMS development (eg. Oracle PL/SQL) & Unix Scripting.
5. Basic to intermediate knowledge in ETL platform e.g. Data Stage/OWB/Ab-initio/other ETL tool.
6. Basic to intermediate knowledge in Financial settlement, Business Intelligence & data warehousing concepts, data and dimensional modeling, data quality principles.
